taxes and socialism from freedom to chains

The Tangent College

Hello Colleagues,

Just in case you missed it, it was just tax day again. This was a particularly annoying tax day for me as we must convince Illinois that we don’t live there anymore and therefore we don’t owe income tax to them.  Hopefully this will go through smoothly and next year will be better.

But I couldn’t let this week go without pointing out the criminal enterprise which is income tax and the Mafia which is the IRS. Every year they extort us to pay our “voluntary” income tax where all semblance of privacy goes out the window as we must disrobe and bear ourselves and all our activity to big mother.  And then big mother processes her children’s income and returns some of it back to them in the form of benefits and promises which may or may not be kept depending on how you vote.

Yes it is an extortion racket.

Seth Hancock covers this well in this must read piece “The IRS Criminal Racket” in which he opens, “It’s tax day. Let this serve as a reminder that until we’re ready to resist, we’re all slaves to the state.”

And I too desire to not be harassed by the United States of Soviet Republics because that is what we have become. As Seth puts it, “As for me, it’s simply to not be locked in a cage. I pay out of duress. I’m sick and tired of it, but there’s no movement to actually shut down this criminal enterprise called the IRS.”

And “So, until the American people want to take responsibility for their own lives, (and not be children) we’ll have to live with the IRS’ criminal enterprise.”

Along these lines I would also suggest you listen to this 1965 broadcast by Paul Harvey entitled “FREEDOM TO CHAINS”,  in which he describes the results of socialism; “and the people got fat, and when they got fat, they got lazy. And when they got lazy they wished to absolve themselves of personal responsibility and turn it over to government to do for them things which traditionally they had been doing for themselves.”

This is the plight of socialism. It’s so simple and yet no one wants to see it.  The enemy is us. The sin is ours and yet the churches and the people do not wish to speak of it.

“”Until the government is all powerful and the people are cattle.”

Additionally, along these same lines, enjoy this classic speech by Ronald Reagan “A Time for Choosing”.  Already he was seeing the results of socialism but we have gone so far over the cliff now that no longer does anyone speak in such “radical” and clear terms.  There is only gamesmanship and politics without end.  Given to how far we have gone beyond what Paul Harvey and Ronald Reagan spoke about in the 1960s, this thing I call “Ameritopia” is nearing its catastrophic end.  But the people did not vote for the humble Barry Goldwater, but rather chose the socialist Lyndon Johnson who promised them more benefits.

The only good thing about this collapse is we won’t have to pay income taxes anymore. -like cattle or slaves, there will be no more income permitted.

But beyond this, I’ve been back in the swing again working on my latest video for the parity “What Are We Fighting for”.  If you have not heard the audio yet and then please visit my website, http://blackandwhitemusic.net and give it a listen. It’s a fun song but a very satirical song. But also painfully true.

My personal favorite line “our bumper sticker says “Ukraine or Bust” and the enemy is us”.

I wanted to cover the tax racket this week but next week will be a special edition if God is willing.  Hopefully the video will be done and I will present a three-part piece by Seth Hancock on the Covid 19 disaster.

Until then, as always, follow the path of righteousness, beware the taxman, and stay far from the camp of the Covidites.
